How do I open a TMGM Forex account?+
Click 'Open account', enter your full name, email and password, choose your account type and leverage, and verify your email. Live accounts also require KYC (ID + selfie) before depositing.
What is the minimum deposit?+
There is no fixed minimum to open an account. A live deposit of $100 is recommended to access the standard lot sizes and risk-managed position sizing.
Which deposit and withdrawal methods do you support?+
Bank transfer, card, PayPal, Skrill, Neteller and crypto (BTC, ETH, USDT TRC20/ERC20). Withdrawals are processed to the same method used for the deposit, in line with AML rules.
How long do withdrawals take?+
Crypto withdrawals are typically processed within a few hours. Card and e-wallet withdrawals usually clear within 1 business day. Bank wires take 2–5 business days depending on your bank.
What leverage is available?+
Up to 1:2000 on majors, depending on account type and your country of residence. EU/UK residents are capped at 1:30 on majors in line with ESMA/FCA rules.
Do you offer a demo account?+
Yes. Every account comes with a $10,000 virtual demo wallet you can use to practise risk-free. You can switch between demo and live from the dashboard at any time.
Is my money safe?+
Client funds are held in segregated accounts at tier-1 banks, separate from company operating funds. This is a demo project — for production use, the contracting entity must hold a valid financial-services licence.
What is KYC and why do I need it?+
KYC (Know Your Customer) verification is a legal anti-money-laundering requirement. You upload a government-issued ID and a selfie; our team reviews it within 24 hours. KYC is required before your first live withdrawal.
Do you charge swap / overnight fees?+
Standard and Raw accounts incur swap fees on positions held overnight. Swap rates are published in the platform's symbol specifications.
Which trading platforms can I use?+
You can trade directly in the browser via our web platform, plus MT4 and MT5 desktop and mobile apps. All platforms share the same account credentials.
