5. Fees & charges
Spreads, commissions, swaps, inactivity fees and withdrawal fees are published on the website and may be updated periodically.
6. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TMGM Forex is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the licensing jurisdiction of the contracting TMGM Forex entity.
